We Start with the Yarn
YJACK began in Los Angeles, CA with a Specific Idea: That a Garment is Decided at the Fibre, Long before it reaches a Pattern Table. Get the Yarn Right & Everything after it is Execution.
That principle runs through both halves of the line — EXFINA Cotton for the Classic Basics, & three spun Yarn Lines for the knitwear. Different fibres, one standard.
The fabrics

How a yarn is spun matters as much as what goes into it. Each line is built for a different weight, hand & season.
100% EXFINA Cotton
An Extra-Long Staple Cotton finished through our EUT process. The longer fibre leaves fewer exposed ends, which is why the surface holds up through washing.

60 Merino Wool · 30 Mulberry Silk · 10 Cashmere
Worsted-spun, so the long fibres are combed parallel before twisting. Dense, smooth & light enough to wear from September through spring.
Worsted-Spun · Three-Season
100% Baby Cashmere
Taken from a goat's First Molt, between six & twelve months old. Finer & shorter than anything the animal produces afterwards. Nothing is blended in.
