These Game Terms apply to all games on yjackusa.com. By ticking the agreement box and selecting "Accept and play", you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
1. A simulated game for entertainment
The Game is a simulation of blackjack offered for entertainment only. It is not a gambling service. You can't wager, win, or lose real money or anything of value.
2. Virtual chips have no value
Chips in the Game are virtual. They have no cash or monetary value, can't be purchased, and can't be sold, transferred, gifted, or exchanged for money, credit, products, discount codes, gift cards, loyalty points, prizes, or anything else of value. Chip balances may be reset at any time and are stored only on your device.
3. No purchase necessary
The Game is free. Playing it, winning, or losing has no effect on your YJACK account, orders, prices, shipping, or eligibility for any promotion. Buying from YJACK doesn't improve your results in the Game.
4. Who can play
You must be at least [18] years old, or the minimum age to play gambling-style or casino-style games where you live, whichever is higher. You may not play where simulated casino games are prohibited or restricted by law. You're responsible for making sure that playing is lawful where you are. We may restrict or remove the Game in any country or region at any time.
We ask for your date of birth to confirm your age. If you give a false date of birth, you're breaking these terms.
5. Not an indication of real-money results
Practice or success in the Game doesn't mean you'll have similar results in real-money gambling. Real-money games are designed so that, over time, players lose more than they win.
6. Play responsibly

7. What the Game stores
Your date of birth is checked in your browser and isn't saved or sent to us. To remember your choices, the Game saves the following in your browser's local storage on your device: that you accepted these terms, the version you accepted, the date you accepted, and your chip balance. If you're under the minimum age, a note is saved for the current browser session only. None of this is sent to YJACK by the Game. You can delete it at any time with the "Reset game and withdraw agreement" link under the Game or by clearing your browser's site data. Our Privacy Policy explains how the rest of our site handles personal information.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, its design, and the YJACK name, Y mark, and other brand elements belong to YJACK. You may play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer it.
9. Fair use
Don't use bots, scripts, or other tools to interfere with the Game or the site. We may suspend access to the Game for anyone who misuses it.
10. Provided as is
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in any particular location. We may change, suspend, or end the Game at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YJACK and its owners, employees, and partners aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Game, your decisions after playing, or your playing where it isn't permitted. Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to USD $50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the version and effective date above, and you'll be asked to accept the new terms before playing again.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [the State of California, United States], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
